The first stage of the cold storage facilities in the Isparta region started in 1989 with a capacity of 3,000 tons and in 2000 this capacity was increased to 6,000 tons. Later, additional facility and packaging facility was added and reached a capacity of 10000 tons as storage only. The latest technological facilities have been utilized in the construction of our warehouses.3,000 tons of control atmosphere, 7,000 tons of normal cooling rooms. Before entering our warehouses, the products are taken to the warehouses by preparing sterilized environment against the diseases that may come from the gardens.

The operating principle of the control atmosphere system available in our warehouses is as follows; After the inside of the tank is filled with fruit, doors with special production and 0% sealing feature are closed and locked with special apparatus. The air in the tank is completely discharged with modern devices and 0.5-1% oxygen is left inside. Without using any chemical or additives, the gases taken from the air with electronic devices are separated and the nitrogen gas obtained by separating from the air is pressed. Ethylene gas released by the fruit is the odor during decay. This is to stop the emission of ethylene gas by taking oxygen from inside and pressing nitrogen gas. Because the specific gravity of the nitrogen gas is more than ethylene gas, the nitrogen gas surrounds the fruit, the gas cannot be released, the fruit goes to deep sleep without dying. This method is used in surgeries bayma system that we use it for the fruit in our warehouses. For this reason, the vitality of the fruit seeds continues to a limited extent and preserves the color, aroma and crispness of the first day when the fruit is stored. Even though the fruit stays in 5-6 months in normal stores, this product can be kept up to 10 months in the freshness and property of the first day in our controlled atmosphere stores. Dynamic Control Atmospheric tanks are the latest technological system in this field in the world. The biggest difference of this system from the control atmosphere tanks is based on the response of the fruit to the oxygen-free environment by means of sensors placed in the tank. While the oxygen is discharged by electronic devices, the carbon dioxide content is increased.
When the oxygen reaches about 0.5, the fruit becomes stressed and starts to react. In the electronic environment, the least oxygen-free environment in which the fruit can remain in the storage without dying is determined by looking at the vibrations such as heart graph. This environment is now constantly controlled by electronic devices. In other words, as the fruit needs, the machines give oxygen to the inside and reduce the amount of oxygen unless needed. In this way, fruit can be stored in the warehouse with the freshness and aroma of the first day for 12 months without smartfresh and sancyfresh applications. This is the latest technology in cold storage in the world. This technology is presented to the service of all our manufacturers and merchants who came to Isparta with us. All our warehouses have automatic humidification and temperature adjustment units. All settings are provided by electronic devices. All rooms are traceable. It is possible to monitor the temperature, humidity, oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen ratios of each warehouse for 24 hours instantly in environments such as computers and remote internet and mobile phones. In addition, the storage environment in the process from the date the product enters the store to the moment it goes for sale can be obtained in written form with reports every 10 minutes, is offered to the customer. According to the future developments in fruit storage, we will follow the most modern facilities of the world and modernize our existing facilities accordingly.
