Sorting and packing system of our facility
We have two sorting and packaging units in our facility. All kinds of products can be classified according to color type and weight in one machine and color and size in the other. Thus, each package or crate has the same color and the same gram product. The arbitrary practices of the people working in packaging are eliminated. Each product can be classified in 10 different colors and sizes in electronic and computer environment, the standardization provided provides visuality to the product and increases the possibility of export. Our packaging system never compromises on quality and visuality based on European Union standards. Differences between the fruits on the packages and the underlying fruits are also avoided.
These units are offered to the service of traders in the fruit sector. If the fruits taken from the gardens are brought to our facilities, the fruits of the same color and size will be separated into desired sizes and returned to the owner with different crates and packages. Thus, the market value and allure will be increased since there will be fruits of the same color and size in the same crates. Soon everyone will have to use these standards.
